Delivery Information
We will aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of purchase.
Bespoke or made to order items can take up to 10-14 working days to make and dispatch.
Shipping will be calculated by the size and weight of your order.
Please use the shipping calculator at checkout to see costs for your order.

Return Policy
We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and service.
If you need to cancel your order
If your order has not been dispatched then you will be able to receive a refund in full.
To cancel your order email chloe@aliciarosedesigns.co.uk with your order number and request to cancel.
Returns
*Please note we do not except returns or cancellations for bespoke items*
If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste, simply email chloe@aliciarosedesigns.co.uk with your order number and let us know what you would like to return and why.
Items will be only be refunded or exchanged providing they are in their original condition and original packaging. Once you have checked your item is returnable through email, please return your goods in their original condition to our studio within 30 days of receipt (15 days for sale items) using the address provided over email.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, faulty or damaged.
Refunds are usually processed within 3-7 working days once the returned goods are received.
We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods. Unfortunately, in the event of items being returned, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We are a small business and cannot afford to absorb these costs as a large chain might.
We can also only accept returns for items purchased directly from www.aliciarosedesigns.co.uk website or the Chloe Alicia Rose Etsy Shop.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or has not arrived please email chloe@aliciarosedesigns.co.uk as soon as possible with the details. Appropriate replacement or refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Depending on your bank and payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
